Do I have to be a member to access
this site?
When trying to find property for rent this site is free. If
you are attempting to list your property for rent the proper
fees will apply.

Can I edit
my services once I have paid?
Your personal listing can be edited at any time. You may change
your pictures, add features, and update any personal information.
This listing is yours to feely edit.

If my property rents just after I
have listed it am I entitled to a refund?
Once your account has been charged for a listing and any other
services there can be no refunds.

What happens once my property has
rented?
Go to your listing and under “Edit” click “Rented”.
Your listing will remain on GreatPlaces2Rent’s website
for 30 days. Your listing will be stamped with a “RENTED”
tag line. If you did not choose at the time of listing to
have your property information stored in our database you
can do so at this time. The charge for this service is $5
a year and information can be stored for up to 5 years.

What if I forget to re-list my property?
Your advertisement is automatically set up to renew once your
listing time frame is up. The payment information that
we have on file will be charged for the automatic renewal.
The system is set up to send you two e-mails prior to automatic
renewal. This will be your opportunity to cancel your advertised
listing.

How will I know when my listing expires?
There are several places where this information can be found;
one place is the page where all of your personal editing information
is found. The second place your date of expiration can be
found is on the billing information section, which is under
edit services. GreatPlaces2Rent will also send you two e-mail
reminders.

What if I do not wish to renew my
listing?
An e-mail reminder is sent to you twice advising you of your
automatic renewal. When you get the e-mail simply click the
bar that tells you “Do Not Renew” your listing
will then be deleted from the General Listings at the end
of your paid term. If you chose for GreatPlaces2Rent
to store your information you will be able to re-list at anytime.
If you want GreatPlaces2Rent to store your information you
may do so at the “Edit Services”.

What if I forget
my password?
Simply go to the home page click on the “Forget Your
Password” and the information you are requesting will
be sent to you by e-mail.

What if I want to use a different
form of payment on my listing renewal?
Simply go to the edit page and click “Edit Payment Options”.
You can change credit cards or switch to pay by check.

Do I have to include pictures with
my listing?
No, you do not have to post pictures with your advertised
listing. If you chose not to put pictures on your listing
a generic image will be posted.
- Can I choose what ten pictures
are to be used on my listing?
Yes, you may choose any ten pictures of your property. We suggest
at least one picture of the front of your property, which will
be used as the main picture for your listing. Any other pictures
inside or out are your choice. GreatPlaces2rent will not allow
any pictures with people in them or other pictures deemed inappropriate.

What if I have trouble uploading my
pictures?
Please make sure that you have read through “Picture
Requirements” and have followed the proper steps for
picture uploads.
- Are there discounts for multiple
listings?
If you have 5 listings or more that will be placed on the server
at the same time you can receive a $5.00 discount per listing
off the standard price of $89.00 for each property. If you
have 10 or more you will receive a $10 discount on each property
listed and if you have 20 or more you will receive a $15 discount
on each property. If any of these situations apply to you or
your company or you have more than 20 listings, please e-mail
us admin@greatplaces2rent.com.

What do I do if my Yard sign does
not arrive?
Your yard sign is shipped by various ground services and will
take approximately 5-7 working days from the time your listing
is registered. If you feel enough time has elapsed, please
e-mail us at
admin@greatplaces2rent.com
so we may remedy the situation promptly.

What if my sign arrives damaged?
Once the sign has left our custody, the mailing institute
assumes full responsibility. Please file a claim with them
and notify us by e-mail at
admin@greatplaces2rent.com
with the claim number and other relevant information. We will
then ship you another sign immediately

How can I obtain a Promotion Code?
GreatPlaces2Rent sends out promotion codes from time to time
to for various reasons. If you are sent a promotional code
by regular mail or e-mail you may use it during the posted
time frame. You can share your codes with others. If you do
not receive a promotional code or you have lost your code,
you cannot request or replace a promotional code.
