Any user information that we collect is considered private and we do not use or share it except as stated within our policy. Information that is collected helps Greatplaces2rent improve its products and service offerings to its users. Email addresses are used to communicate with our members and users and for site administration purposes. Financial information is used to bill users for products and services purchased. Shared information:

Billing information (such as credit card number, expiration date and dollar amount and any other banking information) gathered from users making online purchases of products or services is shared with Google Checkout, our credit card and checking processing partner, in order to authorize charges to the credit card or checking account.

Greatplaces2rent's clientele and their personal information are considered to be Greatplaces2rent's greatest asset and therefore their privacy is treated with the highest regard. It is kept physically secure in our data centers and is accessible only to authorized personnel as needed to perform operations governed by this policy. Greatplaces2rent takes every reasonable precaution to secure personal information within both its computers and its physical premises. If you deactivate your user information, your account information will no longer be used by Greatplaces2rent or made available to any third parties except in an aggregate form or as required by law.
