Forbidden Activities and Contents:

Members are not permitted to share their individual logon information with others.

Access to the Service:

You agree that you will not: (1) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on GreatPlaces2Rent.com's hardware and software infrastructure; (2) use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service and the GreatPlaces2Rent.com web site; and (3) use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy web pages or the Content contained in the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission.

Payment Terms:

Customer agrees to pay for all products and services ordered through the GreatPlaces2Rent web site using the payment method indicated and provides GreatPlaces2Rent express authorization to charge said fees to their payment provider. Fees owed depend on the specific type and quantity of GreatPlaces2Rent products or services ordered. Payment of fees shall not be contingent on any events other than the delivery of the ordered Services. Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be the responsibility of and paid for by Customer. If payment is not current, GreatPlaces2Rent may immediately cease to provide any and all Services to the customer. The fees paid for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the month. No partial month refunds will be provided. Subscriptions require 90-day minimum service term. Customers will be responsible for the full subscription list price for the initial 90-day term. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless Customer contacts GreatPlaces2Rent in writing or by e-mail 5 days prior to renewal and indicates its intent to cancel its listing. All cancellation requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and a cancellation confirmation will be emailed to the email address on record for the account. The listing will be deactivated at the end of the current 30-day term. The Company reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time. The Company will provide timely notice to the affected Customers of any such changes. It is the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the Company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including email address, credit card numbers, etc.).

Communication:

GreatPlaces2Rent utilizes email as a vital and primary communication channel with customers. As a user, Customers hereby acknowledge and grant GreatPlaces2Rent the permission to communicate with customers via email (as well as other communication channel such as mail, phone and fax) for any purposes GreatPlaces2Rent determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, service announcements and other messages. Under no circumstances will GreatPlaces2Rent have any liability for sending any email to its users/customers.

Miscellaneous:

GreatPlaces2Rent.com reserves the right at its discretion to change these Terms of Service and will notify users of any such changes by online postings, e-mail, phone, fax or mail. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any amended Terms of Service shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. The Service may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Service, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to the Service must be filed in the federal or state courts located in Tarrant County, TX. within one year after the cause of action arises or the cause is barred. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED ABOVE OR TO ANY CHANGES THE SERVICE MAKES IN THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.
